Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an Ajja Sonic product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at support@ajjasonic.com with your order details. Refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

Upon refund, your license will be deactivated and you must uninstall all copies of the Software.

Where a product offers a fully functional free trial, no credit card is required, so you can evaluate it before purchasing. We encourage all users to try before they buy.
